A UK registered French & English speaking therapist with over 10 years of psychotherapy experience in facilitating change, my approach integrates a deep 7 year accredited psychotherapeutic training, to 30 years of meditation and meditative practices.
My approach is collaborative and gentle, offering you a supportive, non-judgmental, and grounded space for you to safely bring whatever you need to explore, no matter how challenging or scary it might seem.
In our work together I see it as important to reveal, mobilize and build upon your inner resources and strengths to support your process and your life. This gradually facilitates a growing awareness of all that you are, and as your standpoint and your experience of yourself change, knots loosen and your problems become easier to solve.

A UK registered bilingual and bicultural psychotherapist, my professional training ran over 7 years at CCPE (Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education) in London, in association with the University of Northampton. I hold a Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a Master in transpersonal counselling and psychotherapy. My training and registration include 6 years of personal psychotherapy and of supervised professional practice.
My training is accredited by both the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapists) and BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), the two organisations that have been approved by the industry for the training of professionals in the field of psychotherapy and psychological counselling. Within the UKCP, the CCPE is a recognised training and accrediting organisational member of HIPC (Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy College), one of nine accrediting colleges within the UKCP.
